Foundation Energy Company, LLC (Foundation Energy) is a manager of oil and gas assets for institutions.  The company acquires, develops and enhances domestic oil and gas properties for its institutional partners.  Foundation Energy currently operates oil and gas properties in eight states.

Foundation Energy generally seeks acquisition opportunities in the $10 to $50 million range that have significant current production, but also meaningful potential for exploitation or further development.  The company has in-house technical expertise and resources and can evaluate and close deals quickly.
